Note to self....never bring your computer into a computer repair store that sells mostly perfumes!! Was quoted a price, then received a call for a higher price because they had to order a part, fine. It went from $120. to $150. Get to the store and was advised it is now $195. + tax=$220. Ummm!!! Not impressed
I bought a product that wasnt working and when I returned it the customer service was great and they were able to give me store credit. I bought a few other items that I've been looking for and are working great.
I came the other day i wanted to do some printout from the shop but the person was behaved weirdly with me i felt very insulted . I asked him about the other peeson who used to manage nicely and very well -behaved person as well. Im a regular customer im so disappointed . I hope it wont repeat again ! Thats why i didnt do my work and left the shop! Becuse he was senior person i didnt wanted to mess with him ! Anyway. Thank u
I visited Hi TechDirect Canada to get a passport size photo, but unfortunately, it was not accepted by the US embassy. Additionally, I purchased keyboards and a mouse, but the mouse didn't work. I strongly advise against buying electronic products from this place. You'd be better off purchasing from Amazon. The prices here are overpriced, and the staff was rude. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The overall service was good but the price i was charged was a little bit beyond my expectation. Update: don't need a compensation but need to see the caring what customer thinks. And i saw it in your answer. So upgraded the star to 5.
