It is very hard to get an appointment. There is no phone number to reach the clinic. The doctor is always late for the appointment. Very frustrating experience every single time.
I just want to share how thankful we are for the incredible care from the nurses, especially Liane, at this clinic. She was not only understanding and professional but also really went out of her way to help us find the right next step. We felt truly listened to and supported, and that kind of compassionate care made all the difference for us. Highly recommend!
Very disappointing experience. The clinic never picks up phone calls, making it extremely difficult to book or follow up on appointments. Despite being listed under Dr. Victor Liao, I have never actually seen the doctor himself—only the nurse. On top of that, the receptionists are often unhelpful, giving the impression that patients’ concerns are not valued. Overall, very poor communication and service.
Dr. Angela Leung and the receptionists are excellent. They respond in a timely manner, are compassionate, and detail oriented. This clinic is accessible via email and has an online booking portal. The office is always clean, and the appointments run on time, which I really appreciate. I also love how the doctor explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and I never feel like I’m being pushed into treatments or medications I don’t need. Highly recommended.
As of late, we have definitely seen improvements. Contacting by email has been excellent. Our doctor, Dr Ho and nurse, Liane, are lovely. Appointments are on time. We really appreciate the effort we've seen as of late. Thank you!
This office is arrogant & has very little respect for anyone's complaint. A receptionist that obviously very comfortable with any inconvenience to me. I am now told they do mostly phone appointments. I think the board of doctors & surgeons be aware. After making an in person appointment & being told it was only a phone appointment. I have to wonder why?
I am a senior man who appreciates the care that Dr. Amy Liao gives me. When my former doctor retired, he thought that Dr. Amy and myself might be a good fit. He was right. She is knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. I’m grateful to be part of this clinic.
