This clinic is one of the best I have been to in Toronto . Last December Dr.Arora saved my sons life and he has gotten more things figured out for my health in the last year than my family doctor has in the last 10 years . If you get to the office early in the morning there is little to no wait time. Dr. Arora and all the staff are very nice polite and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to everyone !!!
Arora Karan Singh is an Incompetent doctor. Made me come repeatedly for same issues. I went in for pain, and as soon as I finished talking the doctor acted like he couldn't wait to get rid of me. He wouldn't prescribe a proven medication and instead pushed me to buy pricey items from pharmacy and told me to come back multiple times for check up
I needed to be seen by a doctor asap. My own clinic was booked and their walk in doctor was done (at 1pm!!). They didn’t take me. I asked for another walk in clinic and they mentioned two. I went to Trethewey by chance. They also were not open for walk in anymore but did not send me away. The friendly ladies at the reception took my info and said they’d do what they can and that I’d have to wait.. perfect. I liked the small but clean space and the tv was on. I didn’t have to wait that long! Less than an hour. The doctor didn’t take long to diagnose me and send me off with the appropriate meds and an order to come back for a check up. Which I did. I am now a patient there and it is wayyy more efficient than my last doctor! I appreciate their care and sincere concern! Thank you Dr. Arora! And front desk staff!
