It’s honestly disappointing seeing how the service has dropped in quality. It’s usually a 5-7 wait (as advertised) on the app when doing pick-up orders, but it’s recently I’ve had to wait upwards of 15-20 minutes. The new staff there don’t seem to be engaged at all except for one individual who seems to be the manager. I shouldn’t have to wait there and see everyone else who ordered after me get served first when I’ve ordered way before them on the app.
I drive a large wheelchair accessible van and was told to park while waiting for my food in the drive thru. However, there were no cars behind me so I didn't move. I was asked again to move and told them I will if another customer were to appear (which did not happen). The whole experience was weird!
I was really disappointed with the food. I ordered chicken sandwich, but it didn’t taste like chicken at all. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience, and I don’t think I’ll be trying Burger King again in Canada.
I recently visited last week and a very polite gorgeous dark haired woman served me! Greeted me with a smile and recommended I try their new chicken sticks. The chicken sticks were delightful and are now part of my usual order. I wish I knew her name to include it. She deserves this recognition as her attitude band customer service contrasts from the other workers and reviews.

Every time I forget to check which burger king my food is coming from, and it's this one, it's always wrong. I wish they could be removed from delivery apps until they reach some standard of accuracy.
The staff are not even preparing the orders rights I've asked for cookie chocolate shake from the menue above their head and they decided to give me chocolate cookie instead even though it was written cookie on my receipt. And they didn't accept their mistake. Disappointing!!!!!!
