Lisa at the beautiful Mosaic Hair Group salon is a true artist with cuts, colours and blowouts. She is always so friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to make every experience amazing. LOVE Mosaic. Tried a couple of excellent places after my favourite of ten years closed. Easily the best. Adam is a wizard with colour- I’ve never been happier with my hair. One thing I particularly appreciated was Adam telling me he liked what I’d been doing with my hair. I find new people tend to criticize the work of the previous stylist and he was both secure and talented enough to compliment instead of criticize. That spoke volumes to me. Highly recommend!

She is able to quickly visualize what suits her clients, and then executes with perfection! She also has a fabulous personality to boot! Love this place! I always leave feeling my best. I've been seeing Adam for 8 years now and my hair is so healthy and I LOVE the colour. He is the best!!!
I was coming and seeing Laura who did my colour. She always did a nice job and did more at a great price. Since she has left my hair has been done by Adam. He is rude and not friendly at all. I was late for an appt due to the highway being closed and he only had time for a root touch up that I was charged a total of 119.0 (same price for 3/4 highlights with Laura) when I finished after sitting awkwardly in the chair no interaction at all, he had me sit for an hour waiting. I asked him where my low lights were and he said very directly u don’t get low lights. Yes I do every time. I said we could do it next week when I come back. I was not under a dryer for most of the wait. Then he put a toner on and immediately took it off. My hair is yellow not white blonde and barely done. I missed the following appt due to surgery and then called for a week to get my colour fixed. No one called back. Today I called and finally got the receptionist who told me the business operations manager wanted to speak to me. I waited on hold to find out she was busy (whoever she is the receptionist Iryna wouldn’t give me her name) the owner came on the phone after a long wait and I explained my hair wasn’t finished and not done right for the second time. The receptionist called me back a few hours later telling me I have to pay a 25.00 cancellation fee for the no show. Also I need to bring a deposit of 50% of my hair which he was trying to charge another 140 for. I just paid 120 a week and a half ago. I don’t mind paying but really 250 plus for a half head of highlights that he didn’t do correct.? That’s not fair. She insisted he was doing me a favour by taking me as a client. They only care about their “rich” clients who get extensions and blow drys. My whole family goes there and won’t be going there anymore. Adam is rude insensitive and abrasive. And he does a terrible job even the lady after me was complaining and my mom has had to go back a few times for him to get the formula right for her hair. It’s in the system. Shame on you mosaic for treating long time clients like this. I’ve waited almost 2 hours in the chair for a stylist and never said anything. Save your money.. there’s a million and one salons on Ave road. Mosaic sucks and their products are cheap.
