They are fooling customers who buy products from them. Bought purple shampoo from here and it smells nothing like it. I have the same shampoo bottle ending at home i purchased from a trusted salon and they smell nothing alike. After using once, it made my hair greasy, dull and sticky almost like any silicone shampoo would make them. Not going to be buying stuff from here. Also the manger or owner is incredibly rude to customers.
NEVER VISIT THIS SALON! Will never recommend this salon to anyone. Rude staff, long wait times. There is a lady with curly hair who was very rude to me , even insulted me in the salon. Instead of being sorry for her own mistake, she was showing attitude and trying to prove me wrong. Whosoever hired her, need to look into the matter . Worst customer service. From the point I entered the store , she was in a very different attitude. Head office needs to do something about her . WORST SALON EVER I VISITED IN CANADA!!!!!! I waited for my appointment, after going , getting that attitude from the lady, and not getting anything done there. ,lose a lot of time there. WORST WORST WORST!
Since I moved to Canada …. I was so disappointed as I was not happy with the service provided by different hairdressers and recently I was suffering from acne ….I have tried so many products than one day I came to procuts salon just for a haircut and luckily I got my appointment with an Indian lady who is working as a hairdresser here….guess what she did an awesome job,I got so many compliments for my haircut and also just after a first visit of facial I have noticed a tremendous improvement on my face plus prices were so affordable….highly recommended place
Very unhappy with the customer service this salon offers. Every time I call to book an appointment for eyebrows, there's this Asian gentleman who speaks abruptly, doesn't allow me to finish my sentences, and quickly shuts the telephone. It's always intimidating to call and go for appointments. Please revise your customer service skills and educate yourselves as to how to properly and kindly deal with customers and their concerns. Unfortunately, this salon has lost a costumer because of poor communication skills and for showing an awful attitude. I will never return back thanks to the main receptionist gentleman!
Kytmond cuts, styles and for years coloured my hair. My friend recommended this salon. We’re all very happy with the service and I’m puzzled by the negative reviews.
I have been going to pro cuts for years, Vivian and Susan always do my hair and they do a wonderful job, always happy with the end result. I dont know why they have such horrible reviews. I think they do a great job here and I can tell you I am a very picky person.
Horrible experience ..unprofessional. i went in 2 days ago my hair is bob cut i asked gorva pixie cut and she only shave the back i had a job inwrvie the next day . .a nonth ago i went there at sheppard location my hair was red i eanted to go med blond they would not touch my hair they said its imposdible .. well i went to agincourt shiny spa got my b,onde hair its light blonde and a pixie cut that i wanted and my hair is healthy. I took haur dressing i know about hair. These so called hairdressers need to update tgeir skills to accomadate the todays world 2017.. if you are a hairdresser act like one be professional. If i ask for a pixie cut it shoild not be a problem or change my color drasucally . So upset ..
