Got my hair extensions done here back in June 2025, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. They survived two weddings (September and October) and an out-of-country trip—that alone says everything about the quality of their work. What really impressed me was how perfectly they matched my colored hair to the extensions. The blend was seamless and natural-looking; you honestly couldn’t tell where my hair ended and the extensions began. They were also incredibly comfortable—little to no pain, no added chemicals, and super lightweight. While I personally wouldn’t recommend waiting longer than 3–4 months for a reinstall to keep things fresh and prevent potential damage, I’ll say this: life happens. And despite that, their work held up for six months with very minimal tangling (you couldn’t even see it), and only a few extensions fell off—which is impressive given the time and wear. Huge thank you to Jason and his team for their skill, care, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for high-quality, long-lasting, and seamless hair extensions, this is absolutely the place to go. I highly recommend them and would 100% return.
I got a haircut from Athena, and she did an amazing job fixing my previous cut. She’s incredibly skilled and pays great attention to detail. She took her time, was kind and patient, and really listened to what I wanted. Athena also tailored the haircut to my specific hair type, and the result was perfect. Highly recommend her!
First time here. I got curly extensions. The hair is very nice and I can’t feel them in my head at all. They’re very nice and accommodating. It’s a beautiful salon in a nice area but with reasonable prices, especially compared to other big salons in areas like Yorkville, for example. I was highly recommended by my sister, who had previously visited Reborn-X along with her daughters. When I saw the incredible, natural-looking results they each had, I was absolutely amazed. I knew I had to book a visit myself — and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been struggling with hair loss and was looking for something that would restore volume and, hopefully, some confidence. I've been a frequent customer after the move from Stage hair design. Generally I get a really good cut, I do bring a picture and I generally get what I want, however, I find there is a big variability in the hairdressers. Most of them give me what I want others seem to go off at a tangent and I get something something very different than what I ask (hence the 4 stars). I have not complained yet, but I think next time I will have to provide much more instruction. Overall it's a very good service, yet, I would expect it paying $55 for a haircut (which includes a shampoo). You are recommended to book and whenever I've visited between noon and two o'clock on a Sunday it's very busy. The facilities are pretty new and well maintained. Staff are polite and the front desk reception is very well run. I'm afraid Last cut on 14th July 2024 was way too short on top (they really didn't follow the picture) so I'm going to have to wait for my hair to grow and I'll probably try another place to compare if the hairdresser can follow a picture. I'm very sorry.
First time coming to this hair salon. I really like my haircut. I also liked that you get to sit on massage chairs while your hair is getting washed. Definitely coming back :)!
