The guy working there had a really bad attitude — very rude and unprofessional. The food also took way too long to come out. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
Burger was made fresh to order. Very good flavor, and reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food. Burger was still piping hot even after eating for 5-10 mins. Would recommend friends and family to try it out.
2024 July 3★ Another burger place. It's ok. Nothing really special. Nothing bad. Prime burger $9.79 Burger are juicy. Contents of the burger appear fresh and tasted fresh. Overall, not bad. Free parking on the side/back.
Hem is fantastic! I had an issue with my UberEats order. I called the store and Hem, the location manager, helped me right away without any hesitations. The burger was delicious! And so were the fries!!
Tried make me and a guest wait outside in a thunderstorm. Because there were too many people in the restaurant. Because of the super deadly covid lurking...5 people good 7 people badddd.... Im sure theyll be fine without my business but they wont be seeing it ever again at any location.
Good burger. The fries are hit or miss at this location. Staff should also do a better job cleaning the tables. We dined in yesterday and all the tables were sticky and dirty, still had crumbs from other people’s food.
Delicious Prime burger. It's a 6oz. A Fresh Burger is 4oz - that's the only difference between the two so easy menu. I love this place and will continue coming here. The burger is amazing and the staff are very friendly. I used the pick up uber bogo and the staff even helped me navigate as it was my first time ordering through my app. Thanks for a great meal and experience Jenny and Kai.
