Literally went here like 3 times but hey the job got done and the theme is in motion#TheGrinch. The check out was smooth and effortless. It's very quite , no traffic and a very clean store.
I bought pine pellets for my kittens. It came in 40 lbs bag and I had a hard time carrying it due to my tendinitis and wrist pain. A lady who works there was very kind to help me place it in my cart and then latee loading it into my car. Such an excellent customer service!
No organization, if they can't find it in the mountains of unpacked boxes, they'll just tell you it's out of stock, regardless of what the system count says.
Not a good store, they dont carry good paints in 5 gallons as does their website. Store hours different from one on google. Its too old fashion, not a high variety of items available for your needs.
This location is fantastic. It’s always busy, which speaks to how popular it is. The staff are excellent—helpful and professional. It’s a great store with a very convenient location for anyone in North York, Vaughan, or even Richmond Hill.
Was unaware of how convenient and affordable this place is. Good selection, reasonable prices and available parking. I'd go in the mornings if one would like less people and more responsive staff. All in all good experience
I had some negative opinions of this place during Covid, but lately its been my go to. Love the fact they are Canadian. I live in an old house and they carry all the odd items the larger box stores don’t have. I can actually repair things instead of replacing them. And I appreciate their service, staff are generally very polite and willing to help. I wish there were more places like this around.
