This one star review is because Koko tiffin does not have any service skills. We uber from them frequently but they have zero gratitude for their long term customers. We messaged them on WhatsApp regarding a question for our Uber Eats order. They left us on seen! Moreover, they do not allow to make any comments for dietary requests regarding food. This is not how a service job is done. Do better

Best tiffin service in GTA, having their service from 4 months. The food tastes very good, like homemade. The delivery driver is very helpful. Things to improve - 1.Less quantity of sweet 2. Sabzi Combination

Asked for a sample of food. The representative said its not possible to provide sample and will have to pay $12. I am not sure how is this business still surviving. If they have this attitude with new ones, god help the ones that are already in their net.
