My family ordered 3 To Good To Go boxes ~3-4 slices per box, from here, but the app messed up. They charged me even when the restaurant didn't have boxes to give(completly the fault of the app). The owner said to come in the next day and they'll give 4 boxes. Instead they gave a completely fresh pizza pie, along with a TGTG box, and added on to that two containers of cupcakes. Excellent experience from this restaurant even when the mixup was not their fault 5/5 stars!
If I could give 6 stars for service - I would. Amazing guy who makes pizza just like Israel with Kosher cheese and all the toppings you’d want. He’s an amazing host and the pizza and SALADS are delicious. Thanks for the great hospitality!
AVOID THIS PLACE Visited the store today with my friends for a brunch, it was served late and the guy who served the food was reluctant to offer the service with bad attitude. We complained it to the owner of the restaurant however the owner was so rude and event didn't care regarding the issue and the service offered by his staffs. I was not expecting such a RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY service even to spend my money. A BIG "NO" for the other future visitors who are looking for good people and good food.
The worst customer service ever!!! My wife was trying to order pizza & garlic bread . she was treated like a low class citizen with no reservations or whatsoever right infront of my grandson. Will never go back again!!!
Pizza Café has hands-down, the best Kosher pizza In Toronto. However, their pizza rivals any pizza the city. The crust doesn’t taste like cardboard from Pizza Pizza (oops — how would I know that) pizza Cafe’s crust is crispy, chewy & has flavour. You should try their poutine pizza, the green olive pizza is awesome and feta, with spinach & feta or the eggplant and feta is outstanding — also the kosher pepperoni is mine blowing. On top of that their Sushi is out of this world.

My husband and I were incredibly happy and impressed with the quality and freshness of all the ingredients. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves falafel and delicious food!
Ordered sushi at 12:50AM Saturday night and even though they close at 1AM they waited for the driver, made the order perfect. Very rare for a kosher restaurant Saturday night.
