This store is one of the oldest kosher eateries in Toronto! Awesome food! My favorites are the chicken fingers and the spicy chicken wings! The prices are pretty fair too. Approved!

one day in Toronto means I’m eating at Chicken Nest. Honey Garlic wings are the best! Service also very friendly. Mains and bread were good, but not quite 5 star.

We went in on Christmas day which was also the first night of Chanukah. The very friendly waiter, Pedro, sat us immediately and gave us the regular menu and a special Chanukah menu. He also informed us of a new roast beef dish which was not on the menu yet. I ordered the Chanukah special Maccabi Burger, while my guest ordered the roast beef. We also ordered 6 latkes and some chicken soup. The food was extremely delicious, the chicken soup tasted like real chicken soup with chunks of chicken and vegetables in it. The burger was amazingly good and the roast beef was mouth watering delicious. They gave a complimentary donut as dessert in honor of Chanukah. The service was excellent and the waiter was attentive, friendly and unassuming. Not pushy at all and not rushing us to turn over the table. All in all an amazing and delicious experience. I highly recommend the Chicken Nest the next time you're in Toronto, you won't regret it.

Not too busy on lunch service. The coffee is served luke warm unless you ask for a fresh pot to be brewed. I tried the Reuben sandwich with fries and the meat although plentiful was on the drier than I would like and there was not enough sauerkraut. Also for Channukah they served this sandwich on a split sufganiyot which turned out pretty good.

Overall experience was great. The food is coming in big portions and all was well prepared. The kebab and schnitzel were particularly good. The soup was great as well. Service is fast and efficient.

Food was good, ordered through uber eats. Chicken sandwich was huge. Mashed potatoes were great. Chicken soup above average. Changed my side for a chefs salad that was extra cost but that was a huge swing and a miss on chicken nest part. I figured since it cost extra and is called the chefs salad would be closer to a gourmet salad or at least not served with iceberg lettuce. None the less would still order from them just won't trust my chances on salad anymore sadly. Any recommendations in what to order next time Chicken Nest?

Best restaurant in Toronto. This is one of those places that constantly has consistent food. No matter what you order you know you will be happy. Highly recommended.

Hi Mike! Thank you for your review. We are thrilled you liked the Mega Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Mashed Potatoes. We are sorry the Chef's Salad missed the mark. We appreciate reviews like this, and we will work to offer something better. If we can suggest you try the BBQ BEEF RIBS we believe they are some of the best ribs in Toronto! Thanks Mike! Have a great day
