The worst laundry mat I have ever used I have lived in the area for o we 7 years, it appears there is a new owner because the laundry mat is in its wose shape that I have ever seen it! It is filthy an lots of ond smelly, lots of garage on the floor and just looks run down! What a shame! I also have to mention losing my hard working money in those terrible machines that don't work a fraction of the time properly. Please fix this. Some people may not care about the condition, bit most of us do, but because therw isn't any competition in the area for people to go to a better situation because we pay. We are stuff ! I feel a competition will come soon, and this laundry will step up to give customers a clean and comfortable place in our neighborhood to do our laundry! Please listen to your customers, we are not all liers and complainers, we are speaking FACTS! Many thanks in advance to assess the situation!
Terrible service. I tried to use the large washing machine and put my money in when I started the machine, but it showed that it was out of order. I sent an email and no one responded. They stole my money.
Its alright. Its in an old Toronto building so you expect the run down aesthetics with no wheelchair accessibility. No ATM, machines dont take card so bring cash. For someone new, first impressions arent great but I'm sure the locals appreciate having good working machines. Theyre pretty big too.
The laundry machine did not change the $20 I requested and did not return the money and there is no phone number to contact and make the observation for the refund of the money. This happened today, November 16, 2024 at 9:40 p.m.
This is a great coin laundry with all new washing machines and dryers. I like the fact there are different sized washing machines and dryers to suit all the various loads. There are also rolling carts provided that help get your clothes from the machine to the dryer. Very helpful especially for seniors like my mom who uses this laundry for large loads such as bedding and sheets.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The change machine is rigged and short changed me 2 times even got video of it. Then the vending machine ripped me off $4 and Half of their dryers DON'T WORK AT ALL WASTED MONEY. Which is bad for a single mom with cancer on a fixed income. NOT TO MENTION THE PLACE IS SOOOO DUSTY& DIRTY. No contact number at all for emergency issues.
Anywhere that is open 24 hours during Covid is good but if I can leave with clean laundry thats even better ...thanks for helping in the community....just need tidy a bit and I was good to go !??
