I love it here!!!! Kim is so cute and nice its just a great experience, she makes sure you dont lose your money by making you aware of your machine,? she also gives great advice while u wait for your laundry to dry lol its small but straight to the point.. Wash shop and go.
Mrs Kim was anazing! I showed up at 9 am and by 11 am it was all done. Neatly folded and packaged so putting it away was so simple. Thanks Mrs Kim I will be back!!!
Kim is incredibly sweet and showed me (a foreign traveler) how to use and operate the app for the washer and dryer. Very clean and plenty of open machines. Would recommend to anyone who needs to get laundry done!
I’ve been to this establishment a handful of times as I live in a residence where I share my washer and dryer with a bunch of people. I have found this place convenient when my washer and dryer has been occupied. I’ve been lucky for a couple of months and have been able to do my laundry at home, but, tonight I came back for the first time in a while. I use the DexterPay app to load laundry credits (as I do not carry loose change) Tonight I found the sign with the location ID was replaced and the ID was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, I did some digging and found out the location ID code is 5925. It was very inconvenient that the code was not posted, so, I figured I would share it to help others.
I needed some office supplies washed in a rush before the weekend and I got it done in an hour. The staff working - Kim, was very accommodating. I recommend this place and I will be back! It is clean and great service. Thanks again!
Came here to do a quick load, place seemed alright. Loud people, rude employee named Kim. For a laundromat you would think its as simple as it gets but i rest you assure this place has zero professionalism training. I wont be coming back here. Horrible experience, God forbid anyone else needs help and receives nothing from the lady Kim. Virtually throwing tomatoes!
I come here weekly/bi-weekly . I typically do late night laundry in my experience the door has never locked at 10:00pm although that Is what the door says.I was outside at 10:10 pm and was able to step back in. I then again went to grab an item from my car. To my surprise the outcome was not the same. As I stepped outside the door locked at 10:16pm to my surprise. I am now unable to get back in.I called the establishment they answered the phone on 2 separate occasions and offered no help. I was told to come back at 6 am. I was told that there is no possibility of assistance. I even offered to pay $100 for them to come open the door. As I have an early morning shift and would not be able to return at 6 am. I am now saddened as really came to like this establishment. I’ve even utilized their wash and fold service prior to this incident. Now I will have to call into work so that I can come back to re-wash my wet items. I am disheartened by this turn of events. Update : I was told that the doors had to manually be opened as the reason why it couldn’t be unlocked at the time.When I returned I arrived 10 minutes prior to the advised hours of operation. To my surprise the doors were unlocked remotely. The information provided was not accurate. Even if the doors were on a timer this indicates that there was a possibility for the establishment to be opened for me instead of having to call in and return at 6 am.
