Been coming back for over a year now. What started out as a journey to fix an intermittently stuck sliding door has become a consistently transparent and friendly service experience. They do their best to let me know about part availability, estimated times to get weird work requests done and work to optimize scheduling and work requests with me. So far, it's been great experiences only!
Yesterday I had a problem with my car and had to get it towed. My car was brought to this service station, and I’m really glad it was. From the moment I arrived, everything was great: the staff were friendly and attentive, the service was quick and professional, and I felt that they were genuinely trying to help rather than just sell something. Special thanks to manager. Her communication, attitude and support were on a really high level, she explained everything clearly and kept me updated. Overall, I’m very happy with this place. I can definitely recommend it.
I was hesitant about leaving the dealership after years of 100% dealer maintenance on my beloved Infiniti Q70, but I simply couldn't justify the absorbent cost of a routine brake job. Like you, I scoured Google reviews, searching for a local trustworthy alternative. This is the place! Though the shop may look a little more casual than a sterile dealership, the owner Illya immediately impressed me as a straightforward no-BS guy. I decided to take a chance and it was a fantastic decision. His team was professional, transparent, and clearly invested in using the right parts and doing the job correctly. They completed the work exactly when they said they would and the final price beat their original quote. I am thoroughly happy with the service and the work. I may never go back to the dealer again! Very helpful mechanic The dealership wasn't allowing me to take the car to mechanic for pre purchase inspection no matter what but when I called this shop they talked to dealership and convinced them to allow us to take the car to their shop This shows very strong work ethic and care and respect for costumers.
Said to come pick up my bike on Monday...turns around on Monday and say come next week! These guys are ridiculous!! I would never come back to this place!!
