I’ve been to OTM Repair Shop a few times now for different things, and honestly, they’ve always taken care of me. Their customer service is solid, they actually listen, explain things properly, and make sure you understand what’s going on before doing any work. You can tell they know what they’re doing, and they don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Also attached some pictures of some of the work I seen being done which made the car look like new.
I had a very good experience with OTM auto in Scarborough. I took my damaged car in to be repaired and although needing to go through insurance, they guided me very well on what steps I should be taking. My insurance company values my vehicle af an underwhelming price of $1,780, but with the help of Mohammed at OTM auto, they helped increase my settlement value to an impressive $6,820. I highly recommend them. Communication is A tier as well as their customer support.
Took my car in to get it looked at, and each mechanic told me a different thing related to my issue. They kept backtracking and changing what they were saying, giving me an outrageous quote to fix my situation. I took it somewhere else and followed up with OTM to get their feedback, and they told me most likely nothing is wrong. Not a trustworthy shop, and would not recommend their services
I went here for an oil change because a friend referred me. I even called a day in advance to set a 10:30 AM appointment, so neither of our time would be wasted. When I arrived, nobody was there. I called, no answer. After waiting 20–25 minutes, I called again, only then was I told he’d arrive in another 20 minutes. After he finally showed up, instead of starting, he was busy with other things. Honestly, why set an appointment for 10:30 if you’re not ready? I explained I had to be at work by 12:30, and he confidently said it would be done on time. But at 12:25 my car was still outside, untouched. This is not just unprofessional, it’s outright disrespectful to a customer’s time. They clearly don’t value appointments or customers. I would never recommend this shop for oil changes or repairs. It was a total waste of time and an extremely poor experience.
Ashraf picked me up off the street and put me into his car and told me how he was gonna help me not be homeless anymore he gave me money and fed me until i got my own place there’s no man like him
