Me and my family been coming to this clinic since 2010, never had bad experiences and every time I need my prescription or need any follow up they connect with me rigth away, all of their doctors are amazing and ready to listen and assist you on what you need in terms of medical needs. Recommend this clinic to anyone I know.

Yes, the receptionist was not the best, but she did help me with the solution. Dr. Vo also provides the necessary care eventhough we he is not great at speaking with patient sometimes.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Vo at this clinic. When I brought in my immunization form for my phlebotomy course, he interrupted me repeatedly, accused me of "cheating the doctors," and refused to listen to my concerns. I left without receiving any help. I don’t recommend this clinic due to the unprofessional and dismissive behaviour I experienced.
They do not even care to know your symptoms after you call them to enquire about your reports. The receptionist hung the call on my face without even answering my query. Do not recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would do that.
Yeah, it's just too very, very bad indeed to even give this very, very unprofessional organization 1⭐️ when they deserve none at all".."Please & I do repeat once again, please save yourself the inconvenience & also disappointment for coming to this very, very horrible place, trust me b'coz quite frankly speaking right now b'coz I've already been there, done that & never ever going back; This isn't quite obviously the one & only medical place in town b'coz there's a walk in clinic right on Finch right across the street from Norfinch Ave. where you'll find a very nice well mannered Receptionist & the doctor is so very amazing as well bcoz of his very understanding & also very kind nature.
The receptionist would be one of the most inhumane person you’d ever meet. Dont come here, you deserve to be treat like a human being and what they offer here
