Kisselle is an amazing medical esthetician , very professional and knowledgeable about her job . She’s very friendly to her clients and makes sure they feel comfortable. The spa is conveniently located near a major road, can be reach by public transportation , i.e. TTC . Highly recommend!!

A soon as I arrived I saw a client unsatisfied with the service and complaining about it to the staff. The service was great but when i was brought to the room with Asis or whatever his name is, he made me feel very uncomfortable asking me personal questions, if im married, what i do for living, if i have kids, etc.. and giving me personal advices that ive never asked for because that had nothing to do with the service.
Great facial service with Andrea. The staff service were great! But the manager/owner Leo, whose last name was not given to me and even his staff don't know his last name, which is strange, made me believed that he is giving a huge discount from this Reslight machine he sold to me for more than $6000 but if you check Amazon, you can get huge difference with the same results! He even made it a FINAL SALE, no returns! The worst part is that he did not give me the contract of the purchase which indicates that it has lifetime guarantee and I can exchange it. All the promises and sweet sales talks were all talks but did not deliver. Also, I got charged with interest even if the device was not yet delivered. Tried to complain but Leo is not calling me back. He is nowhere to be found. Always avoiding my calls after he got his money. I got ripped off and deceived. Please do not be scammed by him. Beware of this kind of business. Buying the device is definitely NOT worth it!
