I ordered for BOGO chicken wraps on Uber costing $22 for 2. For vegetable toppings I selected Cabbage, and when I got the order it was cabbage wrap rather than chicken. Very less qty of chicken in the wraps. I believe they are offering BOGO and adding 1 wrap chicken to both the wraps.
MashaAllah I had an amazing experience at Alibaba Shawarma! The beef shawarma was incredibly delicious and truly the best in Toronto. Abdul Rahman, who was serving me, provided exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious shawarma and excellent service!
No going there again ....they mixed my chicken fresh cuts with some old left over ...the lady employee smelling the old chicken to make sure it's good ...they over spice everything I guess to mask the taste ...food was terrible..
I had an extremely negative experience here. After I accidentally walked into the store’s door, the manager/owner ran after me, followed me into another business, and loudly accused me of being a thief who had supposedly stolen from them the day before. This was shocking because I have never even been in this store before. I asked them to show me video proof—refused. I told them to call the police—also refused. Instead, they chose to publicly harass me and make false accusations without evidence. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No wonder the store is always empty with treatment like this. I will be reporting this to corporate and still awaiting an apology and clarification. 0/5 stars.
The new girl employee has the best customer service skills and her enthusiasm for work is 100% . The food is always amazing and they have smiles on their face always. Would definitely recommend.
The is a great place for shawarma, I love the chicken shawarma, and the shawarma box I showed the guy a video on how I want my Chicken Shawarma to be made, and it was perfect!!! 100/10 experience, very helpful and kind people serving the counter!
Always love coming here after work Abdul is very nice and welcoming, he is very polite and gives great customer service which is definitely appreciated there shawarma is great . I recommend it .
