Place was a mess, it was not clean, one of the worker was rubbing his hand on his nose and it was disgusting. Food was not good and the food costs a lot for the poor food you get. Overall do not recommend the middle eastern cuisine was not it
I recently ordered from Anoush Middle Eastern Cuisine and left feeling very disappointed. The posted price for my meal was $15.99, but I was charged $16.49 before tax. When I politely asked the owner to confirm the price, he insisted that he had charged $15.99, even though the total on the machine clearly showed otherwise. It’s not about the small difference in price — it’s about honesty and integrity. I value transparency from any business, and unfortunately this experience left a bad impression. I chose not to tip because I didn’t feel respected as a customer. I won’t be returning, and I hope they take this as constructive feedback. Honesty truly goes a long way.
The guy was nice , his service was nice .However, the main thing food sucked . It was so bad that we had to throw it . We ordered mutton platter . The meat was very hard , difficult to chew . It was raw and not properly cooked . The rice quality was also bad . Not sure what types of customers this restaurant service , definitely cheap food but worse quality . We threw away the food and went to sushi restaurant nearby - which is awesome . Please like this review if you loved the sushi restaurant.
This is the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. It tastes like stale pita. It was carelessly put together, wasn’t even rolled, wasn’t grilled and started falling part everywhere after one bite. I was charged an extra $1 for what, I don’t know. They even asked for a tip at the end.
It used to be a popular place for those working in our office as it’s pretty close to us. But then they started to serve smaller and smaller portions and stuffing the sandwich with vegetables instead of beef and chicken. Nobody goes there anymore
I was happy with my chicken and rice "chicken on the rocks" at the CNE. Rice was very nicely done. Also had a delicious chocolate baklava... which I have never seen before. I liked that it was Ma and Pa run instead of teenagers on their phones -- no offense! Liked it so much that I looked up where their restaurant is located. All the best!
Went to their stand at the CNE in the food hall and while the service was nice (as was there food) the lady at the cash register charged me a different amount than what she stated. I was told my chicken shawarma would cost 17.27 tapped my card and checked my back stated later in the day and was surprised to see she actually charged 37.27, would not recommend
