For a while, my phone has had an issue with charging, so i decided to stop by CellRox to get it checked out. I have been here before for repairs of older phones and service was great. Today when i went in to get my phone fixed, it took no longer than 15 minutes. The workers were also very kind and understanding.
Such incredible service! We had many issues transferring data from an old iPhone to a newer version. Nick and Sam are so knowledgeable and gave us budget friendly options to transfer data over. The process took a long time but they kept problem solving with patience. Cell Rox is the only place I am going to in future for cell phone repairs! Thank you for your kindness and expertise.

Cellrox inside Centerpoint mall saved the day once again , my wife was a mess when her cell phone died and won't turn on, she had no access to passwords and her new iPhone wouldn't allow her to go into anything, she was distraught and these guys took 2 hours of digging and trying everything and finally got everything transferred over to her new phone, they were confident and assuring and when it was all over they didn't overcharge and saved the day. I've dealt with them before and they really are the best , highly recommend this store for any cell phone or laptop repair or sales.

Went for a microphone change for my phone, after they did the job, the adhesive holding the back panel on my phone became very weak and I can separate the back panel of my phone with my finger. Not sure if they didn't heat the adhesive correctly when they worked on it, but I thought they know what they are doing, I was wrong. Also the new microphone isn't even working that well either. Shame.
My screen was broken on my phone, took a week, when got it back, realised that the volume button were broken, the buttons were into the phone,you can't even press them. Take your business somewhere else.
