This store specializes in importing low quality cases and then reselling them at high prices that are not worth the money you spend. I was negligent in not trying them before paying.
On the website, the store claims to open at 9 AM. I arrived at 9:45 and the store was closed. It’s currently 10:05 AM and the store is still unopened. I even called the number on the website to verify The store opening time multiple times and it just rang out. The voicemail is not authorized either so I couldn’t even leave a voicemail.
Paid to have the battery and back glass of my phone replaced. The new battery performed way worse than the old swollen one. Came back to get the replacement replaced, they didn't have another glass. Bought my own glass and gave it to them. The replacement replacement battery performed same as the original swollen one(70% capacity). Oh well at least it wasn't worse. They still owe me a back glass.
Very happy with the diagnosis and work. My phone needed a replacement battery and a screen, and Ahmed did a great job on both fronts. He was also able to next-day expedite the delivery of the necessary parts. Would definitely come back if I experience another issue in the future.

Never going here again. I had one horrible experience that dragged on for a week. I paid over $600 for them to “fix” my computer, and within a week the crack came back in the exact same spot meaning nothing was actually fixed. When I went back, they said they couldn’t do anything about it, only offered the same useless 10% discount they give everyone, and still taxed me on top of it. I ended up getting it fixed somewhere else for less than $300, and that store told me this place uses cheap parts from China. I feel completely scammed. If you value your money, go anywhere else.
i bought an iphone charging cable for 20 dollars just for it the break the next week.i never did anything to it it was only in one place. i feel as if i got scammed
