He drove through harsh snow at night just to make sure my belongings arrived safely, and his dedication truly stood out. Despite the weather and the late hours, he stayed patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond—helping me load and place my things carefully without rushing or complaining. Whether it has been driving for hours to pick up steel beams that were hard to source during the COVID period, to more comprehensive moves, our company has worked with Kumar many times in the past several years, and Kumar is consistently hard working, conscientious, professional, and courteous.
They did not show up on moving day or pick up the phone!! This company and Kumar the disgusting person I dealt with are evil. Kumar confirmed like 3 times including the day before. Then they just never showed and stopped picking up the phone while I sat in front of my house on move day in desperation. DO NOT BOOK THESE SICK DISGUSTING PEOPLE.
I was very impressed with Kumar and his team at GTA Movers. Our move from Toronto to Ottawa was no small feat, but from the very beginning, Kumar stood out with his excellent communication and careful planning of each step and logistical detail. The moving truck was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gave us confidence in the quality of service. The movers themselves were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating — they handled everything with care and even helped us set up after unloading. They were punctual, efficient, and made the entire experience far less stressful than we expected. I would absolutely recommend GTA Movers to anyone, and I’d gladly use them again for any future moves.
Negative rating for this company. They never showed up for the scheduled move and stopped responding calls and text msgs. Update: - business owner didn’t responded until the move day. When we added review on google, scammers called early in the morning to check for the move. We have msgs and phone call logs for proofs.
I could have given a negative rating for this company. We booked this company well in advance. We tried to reach them before the scheduled move to confirm timings and they just ghosted us. 3 days before the move they stopped replying and picking our calls. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Scammers! I have screenshots to prove these scammers please beware of these scammers.
