The service from Professional Movers was excellent. They arrived on time, insured the furniture was well protected and wrapped. There was no damage to either of the old house or new home in taking the furniture in/out.i would use them again in future and highly reccommend them.
JD and the guys were absolutely amazing with our move! They were very careful with our belongings and took great care. JD and his team made sure to cover all areas of the home making sure nothing got damaged. On time and very reliable. We will definitely recommend commend professional movers to our friends and family! 5 star for sure!!
Overall would not (ever) recommend based on ongoing events. Booked These movers as they claim they are insured. Turns out that may not be true. On moving day, the crew seemed zoned out, and overall it was hard to communicate as English is not their first language. They ended up hitting water infrastructure with the truck. While being assured it would be taken care of with their insurance , it has been a month and no resolution has been made. The crew also damaged property in the move. The overall offer for 1000s of dollars in damages was 50$, which is laughable. Do yourself a favour and don’t hire these movers, even though setting up appointments is easy, and moving time slots is painless, your move will definitely be painful.
Anmol and Mehak handled all of our items with great care, ensuring everything was packed securely and safely. They were quick but thorough, making sure not a single item was damaged during the entire process. They also took the time to carefully navigate some tricky spaces in our old and new homes, avoiding any issues along the way.
