I came in for an oil change. The service was very good and fast. Staff were friendly and professional. They also gave me a free car wash, which was a nice bonus. I’m happy with the experience and will come back again.
Friendly staff who are very helpful. I went in for a synthetic oil change, and they didn't over sell on anything and they give you compilmentary car wash, windshield washer fluid top up, and vacuum. I 1000% recommend.

I had planned to get my oil changed later in the day but happened to pass Castrol Express Oil Change while en route to an appointment and I’m so glad I did. They had me in and out in under 15 minutes. It was refreshing to see a woman technician on site. Laura was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. The added bonus? A free car wash included with the service! This level of professionalism and efficiency sealed the deal. This is my new go-to spot for oil changes. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed with Castrol Express Oil Change. They never answer their phones, the service was delayed, and it took over 40 minutes just for an oil change. After the service, my car started leaking oil badly—turns out the drain plug wasn’t torqued properly and oil had spilled all over the underbody. Unprofessional technicians and poor attention to detail. Would not recommend. I usually avoid giving bad reviews but If you don’t care about your car please go ahead and get your car serviced here. I can recommend going to the Great Canadian Oil change at 901 Sheppard Ave W.
The staff is amazing ! Have been coming here for years now and I feel at home here. They always do such an amazing job. Laura is so helpful and she always explains things to me in definite detail and physically shows me everything she is doing and updates ! 10/10 recommended.
I had my oil change last January 25, 2025 service was fast enough but they wasn't able to prioritize safety. The cover of the engine underneath after oil change wasn't able to put back properly causing to break the cover completely. The car is dragging the cover throughout the travel. It may cause severe damage to the car and even cause accident. What a horrible service and experience.
