Professional and trustworthy! I love that everything can be booked online and receipts are clear and transparent. I've used them for tire changes and new battery installation. Both appointments were both terrific.
Robbie came over to swap my tires and he stayed to do a oil change for my husband's car. He was very kind, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
Convenient online booking with decent availability (I was able to get an appt within 2 days). You are sent a message with eta within an hour of your scheduled appointment and the mechanic was friendly. Service took less than 30min and included an assessment of all my tires. I will be using them again and I highly recommend.
I have now used their services multiple times and have had nothing but great experiences. I have and will still recommend their services. 2 people in a household working full-time, finding the time to get the vehicle to a mechanic Monday to Friday is quite difficult. Beyond that I have had too many poor experiences with other providers open on the weekend. The other companies always drop an extra charge on me somewhere, Lubevan never has.
LubeVan is a great service especially for people with fluid scheduling. They come to you at work, home, or on your own service call. Rob has looked after my oil changes etc since I got the car. He is informative if you have questions and takes the time to explain things you need to know.. I have already referred them to friends and family. Thanks for all you do! Cheryl
Just had my 8th tire change over appointment and again Lubevan and Robert did not disappoint. Quick, professional service as always with great advice in the future life of my tires.
Changed my review from 5 stars down to 1 star, they went downhill. They lost one of my tires. Also they used pushy sales tactics to pressure me to buy overpriced tries from them.
