  I have been a customer for eye exams, but my experience with purchasing contact lenses was frustrating. They refused to provide a trial pair without requiring me to pay for a contact lens fitting service. Additionally, they insisted I place an order before receiving a trial pair. It felt like they were making excuses just to secure another transaction, which was disappointing. I even offered to purchase a trial lense in which they rejected.

  If you are looking for a great selection of eyeglasses, Eyecare on Wynford is the place to visit. Pat assisted me in finding the perfect reading glasses and I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. She was patient and knows the stock well. I was impressed by the excellent professional service and look forward to returning for my next pair of glasses. Highly Recommend.

  Firsr time here. Appt time at 12:15 for a 6 year old. It is 1:35, still haven't seen a doctor....maybe go to someone else. We are also about to freeze to death.

  Hello. That's quite the delay for your appointment, but are you sure you are leaving the review for the right business? Dr. Lai is never delayed over an hour. Maybe 20 mins sometimes (and we are very apologetic). Max 30 minutes, but very rarely. Also, we don't schedule appointments :15 after the hour, and we have not seen a 6 year old near a 12:15 appointment in the recent months.

  Very customer-service oriented. Josh skillfully took measurements, so as to procure astigmatism-corrected lenses that would properly handle both computer & reading. His staff helped me pick a great frame too.
