I recently visited I Optical Inc for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain my prescription and answer all my questions.
I have been here 3 times for eye exams. The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is very helpful. Service was pretty fast. Will come back in the near future.
The eye doctor at this location is very experienced and the wait time is quick. I was assisted by the employees at the front and they were very helpful with my school insurance for claims. Definitely recommend !
It is the best optical shop in town which i have ever known so far. Staffs in here are supper friendly and supportive. If you would like to have an eye examination with Dr. Phong Bui, you should call to book appointment by phone in advance.
Really impressed with the wonderful enthusiastic service here. Dr. Bui advised me about my eye problem in a detailed and easy-to-understand manner, and he also patiently answered all the questions I asked. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable there. I will definitely recommend Dr. Bui and I Optical to my friends.
The doctor at this location is incredible disrespectful, unprofessional, and has no regard for patient confidentiality. My entire family were patients for several years, and he used unrelated and trivial information that I told him years ago during my appointment with him to make insinuations and accusations against my family in a public space, just to affirm his personal beliefs.
Dr Bui is very fast and friendly but the optical shop is poorly run. The young Vietnamese lady is clearly not a trained optician and her command of English makes it difficult to sort out any problems with your prescription. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
