I had a great experience with Dr. Huang — very professional, patient, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made me feel well taken care of. However, the front desk experience was extremely disappointing. I clearly told them I have two coverage plan numbers, but they insisted on taking only one and said they would confirm with me at the end. Instead, they submitted the claim without confirming, and it turned out they used the wrong coverage. When I pointed it out, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and were quite impatient. I might return because of Dr. Huang’s excellent care, but definitely not because of the front desk. The clinic really needs to improve their customer service and accountability.
I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters today thanks to Lory. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, and she explained everything so clearly. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. These optometrists and the team are going above and beyond. I saw Dr. Kevin Tsui , he was very competent and answered all my questions. I really can recommend him.
Horrible customer care and service by the manager within the store portion, will never shop there again. That woman was a nightmare and extremely disrespectful. Optometrist was great.
Dr Parsons is an excellent optometrist . He is kind friendly . He is the only one I use . He definitely never makes me feel scared when he had to deliver bad news that I had a cataract. He referred me to one specialist . I think I will get consults from a couple places as I want to make sure am comfortable . Dr Parsons is amazing and I have always felt comfortable at my visits
