Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I have spent the last 12 months sending emails and speaking with Quincey, trying to complete a wedding contract that I signed back in March 2019. My wedding was September 2019, and all but 4 albums, gifts for our family, were completed and either printed or ready to be sent off to printing when Covid happened in March 2020. It took months of calling and emailing for me to have those albums found in their warehouse, printed and delivered. The last album was received October 2020. The last album that needs to be designed and printed is my own. I have sent my photos to Quincey at least 3 times since December, and here we are March 2021, still with the last item on my contract non-existent. I am beyond livid that between Artzzy and Custom Colour (partner companies) that no one can get their act together to design and print one wedding album. I've been given every excuse in the book as to why it has not been completed, with calls and emails going unreturned. The customer service I have received is atrocious and offensive. I had a wonderful experience with Tania at Artzzy, she was detail oriented and prompt, while I was planning my wedding and designing the albums for my family but since she left, it has been a very painful and frustrating 12 months in finalizing my order.
Love them! They usually take 3 days to finish photos but I needed a rush job and they went out of their way to finish the job in a day for me! The pictures were just as I specified, great quality and the customer service was exemplary. Cannot recommend enough
I printed all my wedding stuff (invitations, menu, table signs, guestbook, etc.) with Artzzy! Tania is incredibly patient, attentive and helpful with what we are looking for in our items. She also responds quickly and attends to all questions and concerns we have. For future prints, Artzzy would definitely be my choice of business to have pictures or albums to be printed, and I definitely would love to work with Tania again!
I’ve never ordered from Artzzy before. I came across their Instagram around the same time my husband and I got our wedding photos back from our photographer. I figured I’d order a few prints. Their prices are reasonable and they also have some pretty good promotions. I am super impressed with the quality of the prints that I ordered!!! They were also pretty quick with shipping and I received my order within a few days. As someone who is constantly printing out family photos, I wish I knew about Artzzy sooner! Highly recommend!
Me and my wife wanted to print some pictures of are newborn, I didn’t mind paying more for high quality pictures. Then I found Artzzy the quality is simple amazing, much better then other places and honestly the price is extremely fair! The service is absolutely excellent. I went back the next day to print some of are wedding pictures. Will defiantly continue shopping at artzzy. There website is also extremely easy to maneuver. Keep up the great work!
Had an infant Canadian passport photo taken by Quincy. I found Quincy to be professional, very patient, and he did an excellent job. The price is same as what they would charge at shopper drug mart, which is pretty reasonable. Would visit again. Definitely recommend this place.
Where do I start....I love the greeting that’s given to you on the phone “hello and how can I make your day better”. Never failed, every time I called I was given the same line. My family and I went in for a simple photo and was sold on a “high tech” talking photo which, when we agreed to it was told it would take no longer than one week to produce. Every time we followed up we were told “oh not this week, next week” this went on for three months and the promises my wife and I received for call backs were all lies. No one ever retuned our calls. To the point where we had Quincy on the phone telling us he would call back in ten minutes on multiple occasions but this never happened. Miraculously, two weeks before we needed the “high tech” photo it arrived. When we picked it up the wrong photo was used. We were showed how to use the photo and when we brought it home it didn’t work. So we are back on the phone again listening to “hello how can I make your day better” and again we were told don’t worry I will call you back in 5 minuets. He never called back we were told that they were working on fixing the photo which was on the box it was to be delivered in a couple of days Now it’s crunch time we have to present this photo to the intended person and we have no box to put it in. So I get in my car on a Friday night. The night before our gathering. I show up at the store no photo was ready and I was stuck taking home the box which had the wrong photo. I never received a call from Quincy and I never received the box with the proper photo. This puzzle photo we were sold on is worth a measly $80. But the frustration and time it took to get this company to deliver ate up 1000 times more than the $80. The moral here is don’t be fooled by the niceties of their phone conversations these people have no regard for customers time and for the service they claim to deliver. I would never recommend this company to anyone. #howcanimakeyourdaybetterNOT #dontuseartzzy
