This was my first time ordering from Pikto and it was perfect. I made up a photo book myself using the editor and it was very straightforward. I wish I had picked a lighter weight paper for the inside but that was me not properly researching as I was rushed. The book turned up on time and I was pleased with the quality. I will definitely use Pikto again.
Ordering prints is now online only. This is stupid. They went from having work stations that you could use to prep your prints to this garbage service.

I ordered a total of 3 hardcover Photo Books of my wedding to give to my mum, stepmum and mother in law. During the most stressful time for a lot of people with COVID-19, I have to say that the professionalism, quality, and ease of use creating these albums was absolutely spectacular. I gifted all of them for Mother's Day and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. I was first introduced to Pikto when I was doing my photography diploma--they produced gorgeous photobooks for our class showcasing our best shots and I knew when I graduated they would be my printer when I started my business. And they are! I absolutely am in love with their IRO linen albums and my clients are always awestruck when they see them too. What impressed me the most was when one of your employees called me just to confirm spelling on the cover, instead of just going ahead and adding it.
