The atomspehere is amazing, and calm. The staff are very nice and try to help in anyway possible. The administrative is friendly, kind and very undertanding. No complaints at all.

Came here after my left shoulder was acting up after taking the Covid shot back in 2023 and went through the pain until finally getting it checked out at Family doctor in 2024 and was referred to this Physiotherapy location ? Did 2x sessions and one of the session was shock therapy.. and that was enough to get rid of the pain and I was able to go back to doing pullups and other gym activities ?

Maria is one of their best staff assisting me patiently with everything necessary for my faster recovery of my back pain . She has the ability to heal anyone faster because she puts her love into what she's doing making sure you are not suffering. Very empathetic, very helpful very kindhearted that's Maria. The receptionist Boni and Reina Verame are accommodating and polite and very nice to clients that's why I keep on coming on this same clinic. Awesome the whole staff. The place is clean and relaxing to be in.
Highly recommend Centerpoint Medical Centre Downsview if you have any back , spine and muscles problem issue , they’re good .Make an appointment with them and sure they’ll book you in .Very comfortable to my therapist even it’s Male “Michael” or Female(?) they’re professional. Before the session starts the therapist explain first step by step what to do and they’re giving you the best treatment for your pain . I’m assure you they are great because I’m one of their client . Overall they’re BEST & Accommodating . Thank you very much and my back is back to normal .
