Referred by my ER doctor, they promptly emailed me all details: address, contact details, required documents, and what to expect. The appointment was booked immediately after the accident. Super efficient despite short notice. I couldn't prepare documents due to post-accident chaos, and called the clinic en route for parking info. Unfortunately, given they're located at a busy intersection, there's no dedicated lot, but the kind receptionist (Susan M.) explained nearby paid options WITH costs to expect. Upon arrival, she warmly welcomed me despite a clinic seemingly busy with patients, with very minimal wait. Signup was straightforward, but my phone died at 1% mid-form, and I had zero physical documents. Susan handled the situation gracefully, assuring me it was fine, walking me through everything patiently, and answering my many questions. For crucial missing info (regarding accident benefits), she proactively called my adjustor, leaving a voicemail (it was near 5 PM when they were likely off-shift). No immediate response, but she prioritized my treatment, enabling direct insurance billing instead of out-of-pocket payment I'd expected. Susan has saved me the headache of receipt submissions. Truly above and beyond despite my lack of preparation. Once signed up, the physiotherapist (Dr. Marek) consulted immediately. He performed a thorough diagnosis: verbal consultation with step-by-step movements to pinpoint issues from the accident. He was very calm and empathetic throughout. We briefly chatted about my job struggles (programming diploma, Uber Eats gigs, career switch to skilled trades), and he offered supportive insights. Not just clinical, Dr. Marek built trust by connecting personally, making me feel valued beyond my physical symptoms. He explained the required treatments upfront, then started right away. The assistant doctor (Dr. Chie) introduced herself politely, monitored and ensured my comfort during the treatment sessions, and taught me some physical exercises patiently in their dedicated gym. As a non-workout person, her clear instructions and gentle corrections made it easy and embarrassment-free. I genuinely felt properly cared for, with real pain relief targeting affected areas. Post-treatment, Dr. Marek kindly helped me realize more support may be available for my accident. He even offered to recommend a great lawyer for my car accident case, which involved a write-off, sharing insights from the perspective of an accident victim, before printing and explaining some home exercises for ongoing care. He relieved my overwhelm about the accident, and I felt supported mentally, emotionally, and physically. Before leaving, knowing my dead phone, Susan kindly emailed and printed my uniformly-scheduled appointments to avoid any confusion amid my email being flooded from insurance, towing companies, and everything related to the accident. Literally every single staff member--receptionist and both doctors--was exceptionally kind, thorough, and personal. My time felt respected, with nothing missing. I left the clinic feeling mentally and physically rejuvenated. This clinic earned my trust forever. Gained a loyal, satisfied patient. I have been going for physiotherapy twice a week for a few weeks now. I feel that it has made a difference in my mobility and has reduced my overall pain. I have been to Focus Physiotherapy for a couple weeks now and I am pleased with the way I was treated. Susan, Dr. Mark, Tee were professional and very welcoming. As for the treatment, my wrist and knee are much better since the injury due to the electrotherapy and exercises. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for excellent physiotherapy.

Not a very nice welcome at all ...I filled out paper work on my first physio since a bad rear ender and as soon as I stepped foot in the empty office I was talked to very disrespectful. Some questions that had nothing to do with my physio and when I refused to sign liability for treatment payments that was the end. I said insurance is and lawyer is. It's clear it's only about the money in this place. I would not go there go anywhere else.
First of all - great people. In this branch everyone from reception to all specialists are genuinely interested in helping you and they get to know you. The treatments are tailored for individual needs. They make the processes easy for you by patiently explaining each step and they openly discuss the intended results so all parties are on the same page. Appointments start without delays, they respect your time. I highly recommend this place for all your physio needs.
