Best Pizza nova location to visit. All the staff is super friendly and this gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct , I even drove back the next day to same Location to get more pizza. Thanks guys
Worst pizza nova in the gta. Doesn’t deliver items until an hour past expected delivery time, lies to shut you up and says it’s on the way and it’s not. Live very close and still wait an hour and a half on a regular night, stay away
Very well managed pizza a nova. Went in on Thursday July 20th 2023 and the guys behind the countered had laser focus. Cleanest washroom pizza nova I've seen and paper towels stocked. This location impressed me enough to write a review. The hard work these two are doing should not go unnoticed.
Worst Experience ever. Probably the worst pizza in North York. Ordered a Cheese pizza, it was undercooked and barely had any cheese on it. After I talked with the cashier about it, he said "If you don't like it, don't eat it". Bad food and bad management
Incredible pizza! Generous toppings. Great customer service. We have tried all the big pizza places in the west end and were disappointed in every one. This place is a little more expensive but well worth for the quality and quantity of ingredients. Won't order from anywhere else.
This location has disappointed me for the last time ( I have ordered here very often in the past). Recently though, the quality of the food has 'okay' and sometimes the pizzas aren't cooked the way I ordered them. Their chicken pollini have a strange texture that makes me think they're undercooked, when this never used to be an issue. I would be able to overlook the food gripes but there is a girl that works at the check-out and she has to be one of the more miserable people I have encountered in the service industry. I'll say 'thank you' she'll say nothing. She is very rude and almost tosses the pizza box at me as if to say 'get out'. Last night I tested my theory and didn't say a word during the interaction other than my name (for pick up). She actually said nothing to me. She took my payment and brought the pizza over to the desk and once again tossed it there. She looked at me as I was sitting down waiting and said nothing. I was waiting for her to say it was my order....but nothing...not a word. I assumed it was my order based on the number of boxes and got up, collected the order and left. I have encountered her on several occasions and I can safely say that it's not just that she's having a bad day, which I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I noticed she treated 2 other customers the same way. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. ***A message to the establishment: if you are a service based company, then you should ensure you hire people who are up to task*** **Edit** July 6th, 2022. I've had to lower my rating since originally voting 2/5 stars. My family and I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt on several occasions and unfortunately we are done with it. The pizza made for delivery is consistently like eating cardboard and the toppings are dry and stale. I will literally eat anywhere else. In terms of customer service, they have improved but if their food sucks, it's not worth eating their.
One of the better take out and or sit and eat ltalian food places in this area. Be a little patient because it's all made from scratch, and it's worth it.
