Ordered a pizza online and confirmation came in at 5:13 pm, I'm in the store at 5:30 pm and the guy didn't make my pizza yet. Really? Says he got busy, 1 man crew? What's going on here? It's unacceptable. I know it's Sunday, but get it together.
Always love this location at Steeles and Dufferin! They are the only pizza nova in a 6 location radius that actually have a good variety of slice options to try out different flavors after a long day at work (in my case)! Today Sam served me and him with his co-worker were friendly and chill in chatting as I waited for my slices to heat up! Other Pizza nova locations need to take a lesson from these guys on providing variety of slice choices!
We've been very happy with this location. We order the Primavera and always get lots of toppings. The older gentleman are very patient with my mom who always gets confused. Thank you.
I have got 3 slices, paid $15.75 and throw in garbage all slices as they burned. I would order whole pizza but cook said all slices are fresh cooked and recommended to get it. I’m not recommend to buy pizzas in this place. So disappointed as I was left without lunch.
Today (october 9, 2023) I ordered 4 pizzas around 5:40 pm and two workers prepared them so quickly and made my day. One was an older filipino man, while the other was an southeastern(?) man. I wasn’t able to tell them “thank you” as much as I wanted since I was in a rush, but they really gave the best customer service. Yummy pizza too!
Impeccable service and kind care. Extremely food allergy and child friendly. Special thanks to the management and Ramin who greet us with warm smiles and are professional and courteous. The food is always extremely fresh, delicious, and top notch! I hope they are recognized for their excellence.
