Walk-in order for a large pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Saw the cashier handling money, then she went to the back to assist with making pizza, fiddling with the cheese and touching ingredients with the same gloves she had on while handling money and taking orders. She was also on her phone. I never saw her change gloves. I'll never go back to this location. Worst part is, I called customer service/head office to report everything and never heard back from anyone. I guess they don't take health and safety standards seriously. Safe to say I won't return to Pizza Nova.
Spent 6 mins creating my pizza for you guys to say no we can’t process this order. MANDATORY FOR YOU TO SIGN UP!! Your app doesn’t allow me to do pick up orders without creating an account. I don’t need anymore subscriptions or accounts with passwords when I just want to order a pizza. If I’m paying with a credit card why does it matter if I don’t have an account. Over the phone I don’t need an account especially if I’m picking up. This just stops me from ordering from PIZZA NOVA at all.
The selection and variety of slices is so vast, they seem to be a specialty store or maybe because if volume. Mind you this is during the day, well have never really seen it anywhere in the GTA, it's eye dripping good to see. Parking is a bit hit or miss, locals are a bit hmmm well country style. Customer service is on point, dealing with hangry ppl all day, kudos to you!
Pizza was good but I found it weird how the employee at cash was on a 4 person call that was also on speaker phone, I could also hear her on her call when she went to the back of the store
I ordered my pizza with dried tomatoes on top, and they were totally burnt. after reading the majority of reviews, it seems it's common in this store. I will not go back there and do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money.
Pizza is great. Deliver service is terrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. After pre-paying (including tip), our pizzas were left outside on the porch in mid-November with no notification. When I called to check on the order after waiting an hour, the delivery driver had the audacity to claim he spoke to me and I told him to leave the pizzas outside. Customer service was marginally helpful - but only provided a 50% refund for my stone-cold pizzas and poor service. Will not order from this location again.
Love pizza and love my pizza nova! The only pizza franchise I buy from. 2 medium,2 topping walk in special is our choice. Royal York plaza location offers excellent food, excellent service and speedy turnaround. Good job guy's!!!
