Loved my food at imperfect fresh eats at the York mills location! I’m currently on a diet and opted for the build your own bowl and was able to choose everything I liked. Compared to other places that offer bowls, here you actually feel better afterwards. Will be back very soon!
I usually order from a different location on uber eats, they usually give me more portion of chicken, this was legit only 4-5 pieces of charred chicken I’ve ate at multiple imperfect eats before
I was not happy at all with today’s experience. We had to wait more than 30 minutes. On top of that, several people who ordered after us got their order first, ate it and left while we sat waiting for our order. I understand having to wait if only one person was working but there were two of them! We were told that we have to wait for char chicken but two people after us ordered char chicken and got their order and left. I went here to get dinner thinking it will be fast. I will have to rethink coming here again.
I purchased an acai bowl from this location, and while eating I discovered a large piece of plastic with what looks like a metal staple attached inside the food. I had already chewed on it without realizing what it was, and only noticed when the texture felt very strange. very disappointed.
This is the kind of food that will make you happy because it is so healthy and fresh. And it is also delicious… They have really nice dressings that are healthy and tasty. The atmosphere is refreshingly modern and clean and the service is so friendly. If I could eat here every day, I would.
Very disappointed with the pitaya bowl I ordered. It was completely melted and had the consistency of a milkshake—definitely not what you’d expect from an açaí-style bowl. The description clearly listed strawberries, bananas, mangoes, and apples, but there were no mangoes or apples in sight. When I asked the staff, the woman told me they were “part of the base,” whatever that means. That explanation was vague and honestly felt like a way to avoid accountability. Even worse, there were blueberries on top, which weren’t even listed in the description. The whole thing was misleading, and the staff member was incredibly dismissive when I asked about it. For $15, I expected something fresh and as described—not a soupy mess with incorrect ingredients and poor service. Definitely would not recommend and won’t be returning. Total waste of money.
I normally love this place . I accidentally ordered the chipotle chicken instead of the charred chicken and it’s really bad. Too much garlic , dried out meat. The charred chicken is the best but very unsatisfied with the chipotle chicken . they should remove it from the menu.
