Arsen came quickly and diagnosed an issue on our roof after carefully inspecting and discussing the issue with me. He installed new vents only a few days later. Great guy. Highly recommend using him. He will take the time to explain everything and gives you a reasonable price.
Due to the recent strong winds in my area one of my shingles became dislodged. I researched roofing repair companies in my area and found Prime Roof Repairs and Replacement. He was able to come the next day as promised and quickly identified the problem and expertly repaired the compromised area of the roof. He also identified some nails that were exposed due to time and weather exposure and sealed them over with caulk to ensure there wouldn't be any chance of rain/snow getting under the shingles/waterproof membrane.
