This company and the people I met are all about the client. I recently had a water leak because of a gas fireplace vent. Jaime sent a team the same day I called and the team was extremely friendly and helpful. Although this issue was not something they had dealt with before, a thorough examination was conducted and they offered to do some more research as to what could be done about the vent cap. I ultimately found a chimney/fireplace company that had the experience to deal with my problem. However, I can’t say enough about the service quality and client focus of this company. If they provided only 50% of the service level I got with an issue they have never dealt with, they would be better than more than 50% of the roofing companies in the market. I wish them much success and they definitely deserve kudos.
