The food is great I wish they had something in between the giant and regular. Regular is too small and giant is literally giant!! But it’s nice to have a choice between ‘factory subs’ which I like and something really different like Jersey Mikes. The servers were very nice and polite, there was some guy probably a manager who was rude as I pointed to the toppings I wanted he said “keep your hand behind the glass”, I’m in my 60s and my hand wasn’t even close to the glass. He could use a class in customer service and politeness.
What a great experience, Josh had the best customer service, he was patient as it was our first time here, he made the sub to perfection! 5 stars simply because the service was top shelf , we will come back again
Mini size (1 pc) is over priced, might as well get Reg. (2 pcs). mushroom sub very good, lots of stuffing. i wish i could add my own sauce and veggies, like SUBWAY. only white bread available, 45 min before closing time. service very slow, 4 staff, altho store was not busy. had to wait a while before placing order and before cashing out. food very good but not sure if I'll go back tho
Amazing service. I accidentally ordered a meat sub and I realized it after I got my order, I asked the employee to see if it’s a meat sandwich? And just because I don’t eat meat the employee was happy to make me another vegetarian sandwich with no extra cost. I loved the service.
Great service, they never disappoints! The subs are always fresh, loaded with flavor, and the bread is amazing. The staff is super friendly and fast too. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a good sandwich!
The restaurant is dirty!!!! The floors are never swept by staff though the 7 visits I have had. Tables are never wiped down either. Bugs are flying around in the table area with no concern for pest control. Staff does not look happy to be their and are not friendly. I wish this experience today was better and considering to never come back to support the brand.
