I went to this place just to get an extra hole added to my belt — a very simple job — but unfortunately, they messed it up. The hole was placed incorrectly, the leather got damaged, and now my belt is ruined. This was a careless mistake on a very basic request. I do not recommend this place for any leather work, even something simple. Very disappointing experience.
I came here to get my apartment keys copied and asked for a receipt in case the copied key didn't work. The extremely rude man at the counter demanded an extra $1.50 for a receipt. I've never heard of anyone charging for a receipt in my life! He also got mad when I wanted to pay with credit card (there's a machine on the counter lol?). I came here because I wanted to support an Asian owned business, instead of going to Canadian Tire to get my keys copied. My bad, I will be going to Canadian Tire next time. Avoid this place at all costs.
Even one star is too generous! I took a shoe in for heel repair, and the man told me to bring the other one as well. When I brought both shoes the next day, he started nagging and even told me, “You talk too much!” Super rude, and it seems like he doesn’t even want the job. This was my second time dealing with him, and both experiences were the same. The first time, I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but no—this is just who he is! . This time, I decided not to leave the shoes for repair, and thankfully so! And ironically, despite all these one-star reviews, the head office keeps replying with the same copied response to everyone!
The man at the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. He did not even acknowledge me for at least a few minutes. Finally, when he came over and I showed him the heel on my boot that needed replacing, he laughed in my face when I politely asked him the cost to repair my boot's heel. In an ignorant and rude tone he laughed and said I was "looking for a price check". He is very rude to customers, and his prices are way too high compared to other local shoe repair shops.
Terrible customer service. Very rude of the owner to toss my keys back at me just for asking about a price check. As well as talking down at me after walking away. Please don't give these people your money.
Went in to repair a slipper & a finger protector that involved fabric(just like shoes). He looked at it & refused the work as if it was beneath him.He doesnt realize that by doing small jobs,people bring big jobs & word of mouth of how good a business is .The worst shoe repair service I have ever come across
