Let's face it, getting a new transmission sucks. Having said that, I am truly grateful to have been recommended to Diamond Transmission for a new transmission for my Dodge Grand Caravan minivan. The owner Julio is a genuinely good guy who made the process feel that much better. The work was done timely and properly the first time, and the van is running smoothly. Great experience. Trustworthy and an honest shop. I was having issues with my 2012 BMW X5 transmission and was expecting to spend thousands of dollars on the repair however, learned that all that was needed was for the transmission to be reprogrammed. Guilio, the owner took the vehicle for a test drive to confirm all was well and needless to say my car has been running smoothly with no issues. He was extremely honest! Hard to find these days. Amazing customer service! I was having issues with shifting my Jeep from Park to Drive. The RPMs would drop to the point where my Jeep would actually stall on a cold start. Julio suggested replacing the toque converter with a rebuild to help save on cost. He also took the time to look at the transmission and make sure there weren’t any other issues to be had. Julio is very knowledgeable, upfront and honest about his approach and the options available. That alone is great customer service! It gets better… A couple weeks later, Julio calls to see how things are working out! How many service providers actually take the time to call you back?! Now THAT is customer service. I travelled from Sudbury to have Diamond Transmission look at my Jeep. They are definitely worth the drive and I would do it again… although I hope I don’t have to!! Thanks again Julio for all your help!
