On Saturday my siblings ate from your restaurant they had the pork and chicken dinner plate and they saw there chicken was raw now there are suffering stomach pain and diarrhea all for the cooks for not checking the food properly. do better if they have salmonella that’s gonna be an issue that will have serious consequences!

Price is very high compare to downtown Pho locations. Spring roll is $7.35+tax for two and very small, price is the highest so far in GTA. Soup not so tasty, not sure who provided 5 star review, seems like bought reviews.
I have very bad experience here. The young girl and the old lady are freaking rude to their customers. Never go to this restaurant they gonna mad on you without any reason and gonna disappoint you. Replying for your response that was given below :- Thanks for sharing this but this is not 100% right. Because I was just not only there to pickup the order but also purchase food as well. But due to that young girl behaviour I had to cancel my plan for ordering food. And, the candy, that I picked up by mistake because most of the restaurants offer free candies to drivers and customers. In that way I picked up that candy. But the young girl yelled badly on me and she was almost about to cry on me that I picked up something big. I also told her to pay it for you. But she did not say a word to me. However it was just a candy, may be for 1$ or 2$. And You guys reacted back very badly . You guys should respect everyone equally. And, the meanwhile, old lady told me to go out and come back in 5 minutes to pick the order. And before that whenever I came here to pick up the order, no one told me to go out and come back. Thats was a unsatisfactory behaviour especially when the other things happen on the same time. And please don’t use fake points just to prove yourself right. PLEASE ALWAYS RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND DRIVERS. EVERYONE DESERVE RESPECT. AND TRY TO TEACH THEM ABOUT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m only rating based on the bun Bo hue and the Nem cuon. The BbH was bland and missing the essence of mam ruoc (shrimp paste) and lemongrass. The noodles were waaay overcooked to the point of soggy. New cuon was tasty but missing key herbs and the dipping sauce was a simple hoisin. Portions are very generous and prices very fair. Next time I’ll try the pho.
My wife and I are always on the hunt for good eats. During these Covid days, that’s become increasingly difficult, relying only on takeout and delivery. So we were very happy to stumble onto Pho Bo To: a humble, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant, offering good, simple, hearty food at reasonable prices. Our favourite dish is the #96: Broken Rice with Grilled Pork Chop, Grilled Chicken, and Spring Roll. But what really makes it sing is the Nuoc Mam sauce (a typical fish sauce condiment). We like to call it Num-Num sauce as it sends the dish to a new level. If Vietnamese cuisine had a comfort food, this is it! The owners are very friendly and helpful and now that Toronto has entered Stage 3, we can’t wait to try the dine-in experience.
I would say that this place would be average consider all the other Vietnamese restaurant I have been to. And I order Wonton noodles and I can clearly see the Wontons were the fronze ones, because three of them stick together. If I know previously what the dish would be like, I will just purchased the noodles, fronze wonton and soup base and make it at home. The service is good though, and the washroom is clean.
