One of my favorite Pho places in North York, with great affordable prices. However as of late, everytime I go there with my family, the restaurant is closed like what other reviewers are saying. The hours online and at the store says they close at 9:00 PM sharp, but lately every time we go there between 5-6 PM, the restaurant is already closed. Lights completely dimmed or dark inside. No sign outside whatsoever, tried calling their number multiple times without ever a response. I'm not sure what's going on with this restaurant at this point.
Called to place an order, number isn't registered. Went online to place a mobile order, they weren't accepting orders despite having opened at 11. Went in person to make an order 30 min after opening, and their doors were closed. Hours were falsely advertised, poor customer service, more so a lack of to begin with.
Ordered uber eats 2 rare beef pho and I am not sure what happened but I got such a small amount of beef size of a small person fist and I got rotten/damaged basil only. If you have no more basil, you just give us a notice, thank you. The pho noodle overall is good.
The avacado shake was good and not too sweet. Pho had a good soup base and I like the noodles and meats it came with. Vermicelli dish was very good which came with a nice bowl of fish sauce. Overall I would come again if I am in the area.
Ordered via Uber, I took my first bite of the shrimp roll then looked down only to find an insect crawling inside the roll. The vegetables inside were brown. I didn't get a refund from Uber simply because I couldn't take a picture of the insect while I threw up what I ate and had to contain the insect and throw the roll away. I couldn't eat the rest of what I ordered. Very disappointed and waste of money.
Great pho restaurant! Prices are very reasonable and the pho was delicious. The broth was flavorful and portions generous. Fresh shrimp rolls were also excellent. The restaurant is clean and the service was friendly and quick. Will definitely come back again!
I make 7 orders for take out on today . When I open packaging in office. There's not any cutlery. Takeaway packaging not completely cover, the spill soups. I'm not happy. Although the food is okay.
