I wanted to give a shout out to Catherine who helped me with a put a deposit on a watch I wanted but then had to cancel. Although, I didn't go through with the purchase, she was amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. Good service is rare, but when you see it - you need to shine a light on it. JLC is lucky to have Catherine working on their team!
I’m blown away by my first experience in a JLC boutique. My father and I had the good fortune of interacting with Snow during our visit. I cannot believe how professional, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and welcoming she is. Snow’s wealth of knowledge on multiple subjects is impressive - and her all-encompassing and encyclopaedic understanding of everything JLC is astounding. Snow is an absolute treasure for JLC. The experience she gave us was so refreshing. Every watch brand should do everything they can to mimic this approach. Both my father and I have purchased many watches from different brand ADs and boutiques and I can say, without question, that this experience was unique in its approachability and openness. I’ve always respected JLC, but now I have a much more specific appreciation for the brand. If you’re a watch enthusiast, I strongly recommend that you go and talk to Snow. You’ll leave with a renewed excitement for watches - specifically that of the JLC variety.
Back in May saw new model and started chatting with Snow on website chat and she is by far the best sale person hands down , knowledge and passion is at top of her game and not only she sold me beautiful Polaris and now getting 2nd JLC as well . JLC should be lucky to have someone like her and other brand specially at Rolex store should come and learn how to deal with client from her? Thank you Snow for making my first JLC purchase so memorable that I won’t stop visiting you
Mei was terrific! She is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful! Nothing of less than what I expect from a high end luxury time piece boutique! Once the new releases pieces are available, I will be back to visit and most likely purchase!
“Waterproof” JLC watch totally destroyed by moisture within 5 years of purchase. No warranty coverage, cost of repair almost equal to purchase of new watch. Think hard before buying this expensive, but as it turns our low-quality product.
