***WARNING*** When getting your watch repaired specially when you're told that it needs parts to be ordered. I NEVER GOT MY WATCH BACK. I was told they need to order parts to call back in 2weeks. I called and called left voice mails as well never got a response back. Then I went to the store I was told that they are still waiting for the part that he'll call. NEVER GOT A CALL. Then I went to the store apparently he wasn't in. Never saw him or heard back from him. Everytime I call no one answered. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY WATCHED BACK.
The owner of this store and the employee, unfortunately are people without any manners or respect for customers. They’re rude and racist, just because I look Indian they rejected fixing my watch saying qoute “I don’t like you, get out of my store”. Public business, I will make an official complaint to the ombudsman office. I wouldn’t go back there, ever! The hypocrisy in all this is that they’re both immigrants, same as me! What a shame!
He does excellent work to try his hardest to fix your watch and put in batteries also. Also I had a watch that the band was too short for my wrist and he found a nice band for it so I can wear the watch again. Thanks so much for your help. Janet

Such amazing customer service! I went in to get my daughters hoop earrings fixed as they were loose. He did them on the spot for me! Definitely will be going back in the future! Highly recommend.
Very rude man. There was a person ahead of me, when it was my turn I showed him what I wanted to fix and he told me it’s going to take 30 mins and I said no problem. I walked out the store and called my friend. I come back to the store 30 minutes later and immediately he says “no it hasn’t been 30 minutes”, I said “no it has it’s 4 and I left 3:30”. He told me “no no no no you only gave me like 5-10 minutes.” and I said “I called my friend right when I left I saw the time, it’s been 30 minutes.” He said “ no no actually I think you’re seeing something else not 30” Horrible customer service. It’s not about the time, if you need more time than ask for it instead of being rude. Times are there in the picture.
Thanks for availing my police watch strap which is rarely available in market. However price is bit higher and going forward I'll opt for buying new watch instead of replacing strap.
