This was my first time ordering from African Chop Shop on UberEats, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I rarely write bad reviews but this one takes the cake! The service was poor from the start, and the attitude shown toward customers was unprofessional. When I tried to clarify issues with my order, the responses were rude and dismissive, with no effort made to resolve the problem. For a first-time order, this was extremely discouraging. Overall, between the bad service, unhelpful attitude, this was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. I hope management takes feedback seriously, because customers deserve better.Hands down Worst restaurant ever in Canada
I keep having bad experiences with their food and I will call them but still will not do anything about it. Their prices is not worth the amount they charge small food but the prices is crazy.
I bought anwamoo loaded, yesterday. The customer service there is great.This took me straight to Ghana, it was very delicious and the amount i paid was worth it. I will be trying their fufu today.
I have been eating from this restaurant for the past 4 years and it’s amazingly delicious. My favourite is jollof and tilapia. I recommend it to everyone who wants to try gh/african dishes
Poor customer service,the girl would be licking her fingers and eating whiles taking orders…I wouldn’t hire someone like that to even be a janitor!she act like she’s helping you but it’s 50/50 if I don’t come there you wouldn’t get paid!this place is really terrible you see a bunch of customers surrounded by the counter talking and spitting on people’s food meanwhile there’s a seat,too local this is not Ghana they should do better,also I wish the girl can dress up one day and go to other restaurants and learn how to treat clients…
I had a terrible experience with the food. It used to be fresh, but they've clearly changed something. The fish I had yesterday made me seriously ill, and it felt like a health hazard. The oil also seemed like it had been reused too many times. I will never eat there again, and I hope public health inspects this location soon. The worker are so unprofessional !! I wish google can allow me the picture of what I threw up . In less than 1 hour eating this food .
