The team here is amazing! Derrice is a lovely manager! I stumbled upon an issue and she worked so hard to find a solution for me! I will definitely be coming back to this Laura for all my Laura shopping! Thank you so much for all your help and great customer service!
Thursday august 21 2025, went to Laura store Fairview mall, and when I enter there’s so many staff inside one just standing there that don’t even bother to say hi and I went at the back one staff say hi but don’t even bother to look at me so I continue and looking the dress and keep looking and no one ever come and ask if I need help but some costumers come they help them then I saw a dress and I ask the staff if they have bigger size she just say no and that’s it, what I remember is they well ask you or offer you something else but that lady just say no and that’s it, it’s like I’m don’t exist at all..so I left instead I order Laura online..I like to shop in Laura store every time I have a wedding to attend cause their dress is perfect for well I shop to Yorkdale and Vaughn mills and my first time go to this Fairview mall and I got that attitude why because of my appearance? I bough 2 dress online one sale and one regular price..hope this Fairview mall staff is being nice to everyone and don’t judge people by their appearance.
Very disappointing customer service at this Fairview location. There’s a middle-aged saleswoman here with sandy brown hair who gave me attitude about holding a dress and not purchasing it. I specifically told her I wanted to hold the dress to get my family’s opinion. I didn’t end up purchasing the dress I held, but returned a few weeks later with my mother to browse the new styles. She recognized us and made a rude comment about how many times she held items for us without us purchasing, when it literally happened once. If you’re looking for a better shopping experience and larger selection, I would highly recommend visiting the Markville or Vaughan Mills location.
I had bought a pair of gloves but when I got home realized the colour was not good so tried to return them two days later … the girl on cash had mo issue and was putting the return thru but a salesperson (manager) came by & told us that the gloves couldn’t be refunded bc they are FINAL SALE … I accepted this and walked out … after thinking about it for a couple minutes I decided to try the location at Scarborough Town … they had no issues/no questions and I received a full credit … BE WARY WHEN RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION
The elderly sales associates are the worst here. The company's return and exchange policy is ridiculous. So, if you plan on purchasing anything from here and need to return it; they aren't accommodating at all. I can only imagine how they take advantage of clients who can't speak English. I will never shop at Laura again.
I would to thank Janette monteiro at store 317 I had excellent customer service from her. I have never experienced that kind of service from Laura stores. Bravo Janette
I had a wonderful experience at Laura couple of months back. Sophia there helped me to find a nice top and pants for me. She helped to pick up accessories to go with as well. Great experience there. Sophia is a big example of customer service. Thanks to her. Hope, Laura will keep this amazing lady and promote her to next levels.
