One of the worst store I came and asked for my order they said it will take 5 minutes to prepare so I waited for 15 minutes but still they didn’t prepare the order and said wait for more 2 minutes
There was a disservice and injustice done to me by this store. I ordered a few things from Skip this past weekend and I was literally robbed by this store. I ordered the small curry and thyme which had (3) beside the names, meaning the price is for 3 bottles and only got 1 of each. I ordered Kilishi and instead of getting a refund the store gave me kuli kuli instead which I hate. The tomato paste that was about $6 was for the big size party Jollof tomato paste (mind you, I’ve been in store to purchase this before) and instead of getting some sort of refund or difference, I got a tiny size tomatoe paste which wasn’t for that price. This was highway robbery, I’m never shopping here again. An injustice was done to me and I don’t like this. Update: I reached out to the Skip team and got some refund but this shouldn’t even be the case to begin with, I think m correct descriptions should be put up and any unavailable items should be removed and not just randomly replaced.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this business owner was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the very beginning, the owner was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. When I raised concerns about the service I received, they were defensive and outright disrespectful, making me feel like my time and money didn’t matter. What’s worse, I discovered that the owner was dishonest about their policies and failed to deliver on promises made during our initial agreement. It became clear that they were more interested in taking advantage of customers than providing quality service. Trust is essential in any business relationship, and this owner has completely shattered it. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this business to think twice. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and operate with integrity—this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

These guys are extremely terrible and are so rude!!! They are all out to rip Nigerians of their hard earned money!! They are so wicked and nonchalant. Please don’t do any cargo business with them, all they want to do is to find ways to keep collecting money from you and keep your goods!! They would scream at you and end the call on you abruptly! They human management, customer services is TERRIBLE! Don’t do it!!
I find it sad that when Africans come to the dispora they give other Africans a hard time with their nonchalant attitude either it’s their service in person or over the phone via Uber eats and skip. We need to do better unless no one would support again.
I went to correct African food market to buy my food stuff,the environment was clean, the customer service was great,if you haven't gone to Correct African food market you are really missing a lot if you want African food with a good price Correct African food market is the best place to go.
