I really love Mosaic because they have an enormous amount of varieties and they are pretty much organized, I appreciate the fact that they separated their meat store from their regular grocery store for optimal customer experience. Most of their staff are friendly, but there are two of them at their meat section who are rude, especially the Arab guy, he needs to learn how to treat people respectfully, he is aggressive.
I have patronized many African stores in Toronto but this is the best of the bunch. The employees are very welcoming and helpful and every trip there is always a great experience.

They have a fantastic selection of fresh produce, spices, and specialty items that can be hard to find elsewhere. One of the highlights for me is their really hot habanero peppers. They are fresh, fiery, and full of flavor! Perfect for adding that authentic heat to any dish. The store is well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable.
This Nigerian market is so neat! The customer service personnel’s are very friendly with smiles on their faces. They have a lot of Nigerian products here, I trust that whatever Nigerian grocery product you are looking for is available and at a reasonable price, I even bought a fresh cooked Fufu one time here. Nice job Mosaic African food this is my go-to Nigerian market from now on.

Patronized this store for the first time today to purchased some smoked turkey wings and a few other items. I had to inquire for the turkey wings, because it was kept in a back freezer and had to be brought out to the front. My wings was then placed on the dirty store floor by one of their staff, I didn't realized it until after I paid for my items and to add insult to injury, the check out lady was very disrespectful, when I mentioned it to her. I would never put my foot back into that store, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
